Founder Nicole Gorman

Nicole Gorman has been a champion of (dis)ability services for nearly 20 years.

She holds a Master's degree in Special Education from the University of Washington and is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

​

Nicole focuses on preventative methods and positive behavior support strategies that enrich environments and promote progress toward goals.

​

She is committed to individualized programming that preserves the dignity and unique human experience of her clients.

​

As a mother and primary support for an adult son with Autism Spectrum Disorder, she understands the unique challenges faced by families and providers working to remove barriers that restrict access to services.

​

Nicole is the former co-chair of the Adult Services Committee for the Washington Association for Behavior Analysis and is excited to offer practicum mentorship and supervision for interested BCBAs in training in 2025!

Lukas Gorman brings energy, heart and a can-do spirit to Keystone Adult Services.

Lukas Gorman is a recent high school graduate from Eastlake High School in Sammamish, WA.  In high school, he specialized in experiential classes as part of the Career Technical Education pathway to graduation.  He proudly attends Bellevue College and takes classes in Music, Art and Physical Education.
 

Lukas has recently been hired as a Front-End Associate with Safeway.   Lukas is also a founding member of Keystone Adult Services and helps track annual business-related expenses, prepares meeting spaces and takes notes for his mother and their clients.
 

Lukas identifies with his autism spectrum disorder diagnosis but does not feel that he is limited by it.  Lukas is highly social and loves communicating with all of his friends and family.  He loves watching movies, traveling and participating in adventures whenever he can!
